  1. Still no answers, already called Apple to issue a claim/refund regarding this issue.
  2. 2 weeks and no reply from NetEase lmao.

NetEase Games, My name in-game is: ImZip_ I've purchased a $20 US, I've got proof and bought the Shadow set for my female character with it, I cannot access my account by any means, I've tried my Facebook, the Game Center, everything (fix the user screen... everything is on chinese...) I would love to hear any way to access my account. I only deleted the game one day and reinstalled the other. I'm currently playing in another account since I can't do nothing, please help.
